One year ago, I opened the doors to my physiotherapy clinic — and what a journey it’s been.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me: my amazing clients, friends, family and the local community. Your trust, encouragement, and kind words have made this first year truly special.

It’s more than just a business milestone. Today means a lot. Grateful for the journey, and quietly thinking of those who’ve shaped it.
