Traditional Diets Didn’t Rely on Supplements.
They Relied on Place.
Every culture developed its food and medicine together.
In Europe, herbs like nettle, yarrow, meadowsweet, and rosemary were part of daily life — cooked, brewed, and eaten gently over time.
In Australia, native plants such as Tasmanian pepperberry, myrtles, and bush herbs were traditionally used to support inflammation, digestion, and resilience.
These weren’t taken in capsules.
They were woven into meals, seasons, and routines.
Local plants evolved alongside local bodies.
That relationship matters.
When nourishment comes from place, the body doesn’t have to fight to understand it.
Belonging is a form of medicine.
