Hi, I’m Johanna Huber, a Physiotherapist & Yoga Teacher. I teach a unique blend of Physio & Science infused Yoga. It’s designed to make you move and feel better on a daily basis and it’s accessible to everybody.
I am originally from Munich and have worked with people of all ages & activity levels in Germany & Ireland for a decade before I set up PhysioYoga Cork in 2016.
My in person courses usually book up fully in advance and pre booking is essential.
