Feeling a little emotional as I prepare for my last sound bath for a while…. I will be on a break while I recover from surgery but hopefully back stronger than ever. Thanks for all your support in the last few years. I’m so grateful to be able to facilitate for you all.

Ready for a special client this morning for a treatment.
Did you know sound & vibration can help with many issues. Can reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, help with anxiety & sleeplessness. Sound can increase productivity & creativity, lift low mood & help with grief & stuck emotions. After my hip surgery I used tuning forks every day to promote the healing of my wound, I found it excellent & it healed very quickly.
The one to one sessions are tailored for each individual, Tibetan bowls are placed on the body & their vibrations help kick start your own bodies healing process. Other instruments are used intuitively. The session lasts 1- 1/2 hours. Contact me for more information 🩵🙏💙
