Christmas & New Years bookings are live & available through the link in the bio. Looking forward to hosting some wonderful sauna sessions over the festive period once again. Thanks to everyone for their continued support throughout 2024. Gift vouchers are also available to purchase online by scrolling to the bottom of the booking page. HEAT FOR HUMANITY- Friday March 8th

Help us help them! On Friday I will be hosting Heat for Humanity, a collective effort by a group of
sauna owners to raise vital funding to assist the Alaloil family to escape the atrocious living conditions created by the brutal war and leave Gaza.
100% of Friday's income will be donated to the campaign. You can find the link to donate in my bio if you wish to support this family right away.

The Alaloul family (2 parents, 3 sons, 2 daughters and 1 nephew) are trapped in Gaza. Their home,
once a sanctuary, has been burned down, and they have been evacuating from one place to another
since the first week of the ongoing brutal war. They are emotionally and physically devastated,
starved and dehydrated. As long as they stay in Gaza their lives are in grave danger. They urgently
need your support to leave Gaza. We would be incredibly grateful if you could support this campaign in any way you can.

As the sun sets on 2023 and I reflect upon another year at the beach. I'm very grateful to everyone that has been in the sauna because it wouldn't be possible to be here without your support.

I'm truly blessed to be able do something I love while enjoying the freedom of being my own boss. Even on the cold, wet & windy days there's no where else I'd rather be. Thank you and I hope 2024 is a kind & prosperous year for you.

PCRF envisions a world where all children in the Middle East have access to quality medical care, regardless of nationality, religion, or political affiliation. 
 
Location: Lisgoold Community Hall 
Time: 7.30- 9.30 pm 
When: December 19th
Price: Donate what you can on the night.  
We will enjoy tea and treats afterwards.
