We would like to thank Teresa Dennehy for her kind donation of her daughter Breeda's singlet to the clinic. We are delighted and proud to celebrate local success stories and Breeda is certainly someone to be proud of. Breeda Dennehy represented Ireland in the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney and we are delighted to display her framed vest and photo here in the clinic. Breeda's daughter Roisin is also a celebrated athlete and is a two-time World U20 champion!

We had a really nice mix of experienced practitioners from different backgrounds ranging from physiotherapy, osteopathy, orthopaedic sports therapy, and neuromuscular therapy. Linda is back teaching Yoga! What is shared in these classes is the ever-evolving understanding of the body-mind continuum and how tools such as Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Bodywork and Psychotherapeutic approaches can support you to build capacity allowing you to be in the world, not only when life is running smoothly, but allows you to lean into and hold space for uncomfortable feelings.
The practice helps you to cultivate a deeper understanding of what drives you, what you stand for and if it is no longer useful or workable and what is useful going forward.
Formerly known as Sadhana Yoga, this page and the service has evolved to include Psychotherapy. I am currently finishing a Masters Degree in Pluralistic Psychotherapy. An integral part of mind mastery, mental health and healing is related to body awareness and health through movement and touch.

I just received a present from my friend, and brilliant osteopath, John Gibbons. It's his most recent book and will be a great addition to my library. I have learned lots from John on his courses over the years , https://www.johngibbonsbodymaster.co.uk/ ,for which I'm very grateful. He is an author of several books and has the ability to simplify complex concepts and explain difficult topics in plain language. I have all his books in my library and he's certainly enhanced my understanding of the body hugely. Thanks John.
