Don't post my breakfast on here much as I eat the exact same breakfast everyday, coffee and an oat scone. It's easy to make, I can prep it for 3/4 days at a time and it's tasty πŸ˜‹ Don't think I'll ever get sick of eating. It contain oats, blueberries, strawberries, white chocolate chips, buttermilk and coconut mixed together and baked in the oven. Serve with Greek yogurt for protein. Improving your diet does not have to be overly complicated or restricted.

Cheese burger and chips. Burger was homemade using 4% fat mince, chips cooked in the air fryer using 1cal cooking spray, slice of light cheese, lighter than light mayoanise and veggies. All the food in this meal was bought in Aldi. There are options out there to make lower calorie meals of what would normally be a high calorie meal. Not that I'm saying you have to be on a low calorie diet to lose weight. It's just there are lower calorie options available, rather than just eating chicken and broccoli πŸ˜‰

A simple old salad for the day that's in it 🌞πŸ₯—πŸ˜‚. Ham cooked in the slow cooker, poatao salad home made, roll fresh from the oven, boiled egg and veggies πŸ‘Œ. This hit the spot this evening. Lads and ladies do not be afraid to eat your carbohydrates. We need them to fuel our body and they also aid brain function. All the macros and micros hit with this simple meal. Improving your diet does not have to complicated or boring. I wouldn't live off no carbohydrates or a severely low calorie diet. So I wouldn't expect my clients to either.

Smoothie bowl 🌞, was supposed to be a regular but made it way too thick to drink with a straw πŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚. Strawberries, banana, oats, peanut butter, protein powder, unsweetened almond milk and topped with coconut. Hitting all the macros with this.

Protein may be one of the macros people struggle to consume enough of. Protein is essential for our bodies growth, repair and recovery, improve muscle protein synthesis, helps keeps us feeling fuller for longer, contains essential amino acids and aids weight loss. Experimenting for dinner this evening. Homemade peri peri breaded chicken in tomato sauce topped with peppers, mushrooms and cheese served with riceπŸ‘ŒπŸ˜‹. This was a quick and easy meal to make and hits all the macros in.
Carbohydrates - rice, breadcrumbs, tomato,
Protein - chicken, cheese
Fats- cheese.

Rehydration is the most important part of your weight cut. If not done correctly it will affect your performance, energy levels, strength and could cost you the win. You need to replenish minerals such as sodium chloride, potassium that are lost during your water cut before you eat. Rehydrate also to get your digestive enzymes in your saliva glands actiaved. It can take an over an hour to rehydrate 100%. Then eat food slowly, no fats or red meats as they are slow to digest. Space out your meals and don't eat until your full as this can cause bloating. Do not got for a greasy take away after weigh in, as this could cause bloating, bowel issues, cramping, affect sleep and make you feel sluggish, especially if you have been following a nutrition plan for your fight camp.If you spent weeks working on a car getting it running perfectly, you throw sh*tty oil into it, so fuel your body. Just wait until after the fight to eat it πŸ’ͺYour last meal should be eaten 5 hours before your fight.

I have been working with the past 6 weeks. Podge's goal was to reduce his weight in order to compete in martial arts in the future and he absolutely smashed it. Body fat dropped significantly, inches lost and a total weight loss of 8.4kg. Podge trains hard every week and has a very physical job so calories were kept relatively high so as not to affect performance and energy levels. He has made a lifestyle change and knows a few pints and a takeaway can be enjoyed no guilt 😜Super proud of what he has achieved and looking forward to see him represent the gym soon πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘

Try both for best results πŸ‘Œ. Going to the gym I 100% recommend. But if your not eating in accordance with your goals then progress will be alot slower or you may not see results. Nutrition is key. If your goal is to lose body fat you need to be eating in a calorie deficit, if you want to increase your size then you need to be eating in a calorie surplus. It all comes down to your diet,you could spend hours in the gym or exercising but if the right plan isn't in place and results aren't there it can become disheartening. It is possible to build muscle in a calorie deficit but progress will take more time than eating in a surplus. For any ladies who want to tone up, you need to be lifting weights consistently and eating all the carbs 😁.

When you can't decide between mashed or roast potato, so you have both πŸ˜πŸ˜‰. Chicken cooked in the slow cooker, so handy chicken just falls apart. Roast potato parboiled for 10 minutes then drained and sparyed with rapeseed oil cooking spray and done in the air fryer. Definitely recommend parboiling potato when making roast potato or chips.
Protein - chicken
Carbohydrates - potato, pepper sauce
Fats - butter in mash

Breakfast this morning oat, strawberries and white chocolate chips topped with coconut fresh outta the oven πŸ˜‹πŸ‘Œ. If you over indulged at the weekend and are feeling a bit crap this morning, please don't. Food should never be associated with feelings of guilt or feeling bad about yourself. Food is to be enjoyed 😊. Simply reset, get back to your normal routine, get back on plan, drink your water, hit your steps, and do your workout. You can only fail if you stop trying.
