Don't post my breakfast on here much as I eat the exact same breakfast everyday, coffee and an oat scone. It's easy to make, I can prep it for 3/4 days at a time and it's tasty π Don't think I'll ever get sick of eating. It contain oats, blueberries, strawberries, white chocolate chips, buttermilk and coconut mixed together and baked in the oven. Serve with Greek yogurt for protein. Improving your diet does not have to be overly complicated or restricted.
