ACCELERATED COVID BOOSTER VACCINE PROGRAMME
Following the announcement this week by the Dept. of Health, we wish to advise patients that our services over the coming 4 week period will be altered. All routine appointments are hereby postponed until mid-January. We will continue to offer urgent care as always and such requests should be made by phoning the Surgery as early in the day as possible.
Over the coming weeks, we will invite patients for their booster dose via a booking link which will be sent by text. We will work systematically through our patient base in accordance with age and/or existing medical conditions. To ensure our phone lines remain available for urgent requests, we are asking patients NOT to contact us for a booster dose; we will contact you.
If you avail of a booster dose elsewhere, eg City Hall, hospital setting etc, we would be grateful if you could let us know by email to blackrockvax@gmail.com. This will help us to speed up the process and vaccinate our entire patient base as quickly as possible.
