As December has started I’m reminded that it’s an interesting time of year.🎁
There's a push-pull energy in the air.➡️⬅️
➡️The push - Life can be busy and even stressful as we try to wrap up another year. There's so much to do.
Especially this year, when things are weighing on us and we don't know what's
really coming next. It's an added stressor.
⬅️The pull - On the other hand, does a part of you feel like slowing down instead of speeding up?
⚖️How do you balance this push-pull?
I just try to listen to my inner voice, that knows what I need to do vs.what should do.🧘🏻♀️
It is so easy to forget to put yourself to the first place. I am still learning that too but definitely noticed when I am feeling better everyone is feeling better around me.
Last month I have started my wellness journey. ( Check my previous post.😉)
My was to get fitter by my 40th birthday, which will be in March 2023.
changing programs are supporting my journey but to achieve it I must take that extra 10-15 minutes for myself or even reach out for extra support.
When life is always busy.. it is not easy control everything but all the messages Im getting is :
“You do need to do it alone !”
🗝The key is communication! 🗝
The solution will come even from places , people that you would not think of!😉
Then you realise is not as hard as it seemed to be!
I feel 100% that push-pull energy ,but if you try to focus on what matters most to you, might be easier.🙌🏼
