Yesterday, I got this qoute from by email.

‼️Actually that reflects EVERYTHING that happened to me so far this year‼️

End of januray I registered to Tony Robin’s
.
It is a free 4 days online event !
I have to say that was the point when my 2023 has started.
I was able to watch it in live day 1, then I stopped!!!

YES!

I still have not finished it , because even that day gave me lots that I have to work on!

I am still going through my notes and “digest”the homework was given.

It is not beacuse it is hard or a lot…

It is because I HAAVE TO reflect on who I am !

I find it really hard, but learning to listen to ME and recreate my expectations is changing my whole life.
As I am changing ,the whole world is changing around me
If you like to do something different YOU have to work on it!
No matter how long will it take but it starts WITHIN YOU!

As December has started I’m reminded that it’s an interesting time of year.🎁

There's a push-pull energy in the air.➡️⬅️

➡️The push - Life can be busy and even stressful as we try to wrap up another year. There's so much to do.
Especially this year, when things are weighing on us and we don't know what's
really coming next. It's an added stressor.
⬅️The pull - On the other hand, does a part of you feel like slowing down instead of speeding up?

⚖️How do you balance this push-pull?

I just try to listen to my inner voice, that knows what I need to do vs.what should do.🧘🏻‍♀️

It is so easy to forget to put yourself to the first place. I am still learning that too but definitely noticed when I am feeling better everyone is feeling better around me.
Last month I have started my wellness journey. ( Check my previous post.😉)

My was to get fitter by my 40th birthday, which will be in March 2023.
changing programs are supporting my journey but to achieve it I must take that extra 10-15 minutes for myself or even reach out for extra support.
When life is always busy.. it is not easy control everything but all the messages Im getting is :
“You do need to do it alone !”

🗝The key is communication! 🗝

The solution will come even from places , people that you would not think of!😉

Then you realise is not as hard as it seemed to be!

I feel 100% that push-pull energy ,but if you try to focus on what matters most to you, might be easier.🙌🏼

Unexpectedly Mia got sick Monday morning.
Luckily my current job is handling very flexible these kind of situations.🙏💕

After a rough dawn she was sleeping until 12:00 am.
I tried to catch up with housework but the minute I tried to get out from bed, she woke up.

So I decided to use this time useful and got some work done online.💻
✅I finished the manager development training ,that I missed last week.
✅Sent emails to customers about products they are inquiring about.
✅Rescheduled product collection date and time .

I know these actions will cover the amount of money (or in a long term even more )that I missing out not going to work.

My online business is helping me and my family live our normal lives even in the middle of this inflation.📈

I am so grateful for that security and to be able to be with my daughter when she needed me most.💕
I am truly aiming for finding the balance between work and family. 👨‍👩‍👧👩🏻‍💻

I am on my way to do it and also happy to share it !🙋🏻‍♀️
