Healing Breath uses a safe and active breathwork technique called ‘Conscious Connected Breathing’. The active breath helps to move internal energy and tap into the natural healing system of the body. It balances the brain and nervous system, clears out stuck emotional energy, expands insight, clarity and intuition, and opens the heart, giving a full mind and body reset, leaving you feel lighter and relaxed with a deep inner peace. Mo Chuisle Healing Breath in Ibiza 🌞

This September, I will be travelling to the healing shores of Ibiza to offer a number of Conscious Connected Breathwork workshops at the stunning Marta Yoga Ibiza studio in Santa Eulària des Riu, on the island’s beautiful east coast.

I’ve been coming to Ibiza for years, and this magical island has become like a second home to me. Its energy has captured my heart deeply, so hosting breathwork sessions here has been a long-held dream—and I’m beyond excited to finally bring it to life.

If you’ll be in Ibiza in September—or know someone who will—I’d love to see you there and share this experience together 💛
