I’m so proud to support my local Ladies Football Team and give back to the community that shaped me.

Growth and expansion mean being able to give back in small ways, where I can and there’s no better place to start than supporting the next generation of children in Donoughmore ⚫️⚪️

Since May, Spring Therapy has been turning a shell of a building into some lovely therapy rooms. Walls up, floors in, paint on, rooms forming. Loads to do, but the progress is huge. Slow and steady wins the race wall by wall, room by room. 🎨🏗️
