Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year to everyone. 🎄🥂🎅🏼

May everyone feel regulated, happy, and surrounded by family and friends. Do whatever normal looks like for your family & make sure to look out for small glimmers in everyday moments. ✨

Thank you for everything in 2025. We have loved every moment of it, from our big move, supporting and welcoming so many old and new families and finally saying goodbye to all our trades men👋🏼 (we do appreciate ye though).

We can’t wait to share what new and exciting projects 2026 will bring!

Since May, Spring Therapy has been turning a shell of a building into some lovely therapy rooms. Walls up, floors in, paint on, rooms forming. Loads to do, but the progress is huge. Slow and steady wins the race wall by wall, room by room. 🎨🏗️

🌸🎉 Celebrating 5 Wonderful Years of Spring Therapy! 🎉🌸

Today, we’re thrilled to mark a special milestone—5 incredible years of supporting children and families in our community! 💖 A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing families who have joined us on this journey. Together, we’ve had the privilege of supporting over 600 children and their families, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

A big shoutout to our former staff members who contributed to our mission, and immense gratitude to our current stars, Nicola, Louise, and Aisling, for their dedication and passion.

I also want to extend my deepest thanks to my family, friends and support networks who have been my backbone throughout these 5 years. Your love and encouragement mean the world to me!
Exciting changes are on the horizon! 🚀 Over the next few months we will be making changes to support hundreds more families, which will allow us to open up our waitlist again. We can’t wait to share this journey with you!
