Personalised exercise for your problem helps to keep you progressing between your sessions. Helping heal the injured or damaged tissue by improving the flexibility, endurance, strength and quality of the tissue, and reducing your pain ensures the tissue is less likely to break down again. Your personalised exercise program will consist of a combination of stretching, strengthening, and low-impact aerobic conditioning. A series of progressive exercises helps you help yourself, and gets you back to the things you love to do again pain free, without medication, or fearing that the problem will come back.
PHYSITRACK
To help keep you on your road of recovery we email you your exercise plan. Your entire exercise program is available to you 24/7 with video demonstrations, how much and often you need to do your exercises, specific tips, advice and coaching for you. You can access this on your smartphone via the PHYSITRACK app or your laptop after your session. We track both your symptoms and how often you are doing your exercise program to ensure you are progressing.

DRY NEEDLING
