Mum and baby yoga classes start
Monday 20th April
The courses are 5 weeks in Mahon Point Sc. The cost of the course is €100

Course Cost
Option 1 – Pay a Deposit
Use the code DEPOSITYOGA to reserve your place on the course by paying a €30 deposit online. The remaining €70 can be paid in cash on the first day of the class.

Option 2 – Pay in Full
You can also choose to pay the full fee of €105 online, which includes card processing fees.

Baby Yoga is suitable for babies from 12 weeks to precrawling.
This class is a lovely follow on from baby massage with the focus of the class being yoga stretches for baby, working on strengthening babies neck /core and legs in preparation for rolling/crawling/standing & sitting. Classes are fun and relaxed and there is also a portion of the class that focuses on relaxation /neck and shoulder loosening and pelvic floor for mum.
The class lasts 1:45 hours and booking is essential as class sizes are limited.

Babychi is delighted to be able to host a paediatric first aid interactive course for parents in Mahon Point sc.
The course will run Monday 23rd February at 10am for 2 hours.

This is an interactive Paediatric First Aid information session ( non certified) that will cover basic first aid for babies and children including:
* CPR for Infant & Child
* How to deal with a choking Infant & Child
* Seizures
* Bumps on the head
* Importance of having a first aid kit in the home or car
* Q&A

Spaces are limited and booking is essential
