Reducing sugar and in my case gluten and caffeine.

The results were great. It was a bit hard the first few days.

And believe it or not it was harder with the sugar than coffee.

I did stop coffee altogether a few times and all I felt was a headache the first few days. But there were no mid day energy crashes and need for another cup at lunch.

I also stopped looking at the screen at least 2h before sleep and read a book instead.

Best sleep I ever had!!!

Believe me it is worth trying it out.
