Below explains Cormac's profession & what he treats

" Hi my name is Cormac
I am a Neuromuscular therapist with a passion for helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
I have experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, eg. Back, neck and shoulder pain; post op rehabilitation, sport injuries and soft tissue injuries.

I'm interested in myofascial triggerpoints, pain, health and longevity.
I'm a soft tissue specialist that uses both manual & exercise therapy, dry needling and microcurrent among other techniques.

I have a personable approach and I'm interested in helping people achieve their goals in health or performance.
I work with lots of teams and have been with UCC Rugby for the last few seasons."

We are delighted to announce that Gráinne McGlade is joining the team at Aisling Holland Physiotherapy
Gráinne graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010 with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy.
She returned to Ireland and worked in private practices for a number of years where she gained extensive knowledge in musculoskeletal injuries, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She spent three seasons as lead physiotherapist to Antrim Men’s Senior Football Team.
Gráinne moved to Australia in 2015 where she spent 7 years working in various private clinics in Sydney, as well as physiotherapist to rugby and GAA teams.
She has had extensive post-graduate training in soft tissue techniques, manual therapy, running and sports rehabilitation. She has gained qualifications such as ASCA Strength + Conditioning, APPI Pilates and Dry Needling.
