Hey you guys!!
Just a massive thank you to each and every one of you, for showing up to class, even on the days when I roll in flustered, looking like I just lost a wrestling match with my yoga mat.
You keep me going more than you know.
Because while you’re out there bravely attempting a one legged balance, I’m sometimes quietly practicing “keep-it-together-asana” after a day where absolutely nothing has gone according to plan.
Yet somehow, the moment you guys walk in, unroll your mats, smile, or dramatically flop onto your mat and sigh, I remember exactly why I teach. You inspire me more than you know. You’re the reason I show up, even when life is decidedly not grounded, stable or anchored in “mountain pose”.
Thank you — for your dedication, friendship, laughter, your sense of fun and willingness to breathe through everything (including my questionable playlist). Thank you for letting me show up as a real human.
