Core Nutrition

Core Nutrition Promotion of optimum health using food, lifestyle and Natural remedy advice.

My aim as a Nutritional Therapist is to find the cause of people’s symptoms, and educate, encourage and empower them to take responsibility for their own health and that of their families. I hope to clear up the misconceptions and confusions around food, and I want to steer people away from the highly processed unnatural food and drinks that have sneaked their way onto the supermarket shelf.

I hope to one day get back into what was for a long time my most passsionate thing to do..Teach people how to cook and eat well to get well and stay well, and be less reliant on medication where possible. Since I was about 13 I believed very strongly that animal experimentation for human vaccines and medicine was the biggest humanitarian crime ever...I wanted this evil act to stop so badly that I myself got ill in the process of trying to campaign against it when I was 23..So instead of campaigning for animal welfare I decided to learn about natural medicine and how Naturopathy could reduce the crime of vivisection.. Its been a very interesting journey since and now to be helping people who are ill whether physically or mentally is very rewarding.
