THIRD TIME'S THE CHARM: AIDAN FEGAN'S CONFIDENT RETURN TO IMMAF EUROPEANS! 🇮🇪

Team Ireland is proud to feature Aidan Fegan, training out of SBG Ireland HQ, as he prepares for his third appearance at the IMMAF European Championships in Serbia (February 5-15)!

Aidan, who has been training for over 10 years and holds a brown belt in Jiu-Jitsu under John Kavanagh, brings a wealth of experience to the team. He started MMA after being inspired by Conor McGregor and has had 11 amateur fights.

This year, Aidan's biggest improvement is his confidence. After feeling less experienced in his first year and battling injury in his second, he now feels higher up in the skill level of his division, coming off good wins in November

For Aidan, representing Ireland is about showcasing the high level of Irish amateur MMA. He's driven by understanding the consequences of not training properly, a discipline honed over years of living this lifestyle.
His goal for Serbia is clear: to win a medal. While his long-term goal was always gold, after two high-level tournaments, he believes winning a medal this year is a realistic and achievable target in what will likely be his last year competing at IMMAF.

Watch our interview with Aidan! Hear him talk about his journey, his evolution in confidence, the tough training at SBG HQ with high-level partners, and his appreciation for the support from the MMA community! 🎥

The toughest part of his prep? Waking up at 5 AM before school to get his strength and conditioning done! He's even on a reduced timetable to dedicate an hour and a half every morning to the gym.

His biggest improvement has been his kicks—sharper, more powerful, and more flexible!

What truly drives Dylan is a powerful sense of responsibility:
