• Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly
• Breathe in slowly through the nose for 4
• Exhale gently for 6
• Repeat for 2–3 minutes
A longer exhale can help signal safety to the nervous system and support digestion, sleep and emotional balance.
Small practices, done consistently, can make a real difference.
