We’re delighted to share that Orna is expanding her clinic hours at The Natural Clinic.

From this week, Orna will now also be available on Tuesdays, starting 10th March, offering additional appointments.

If you have been waiting for availability or looking for a different appointment day, this is a great opportunity to book in.

Reflexology, facial reflexology and Indian head massage appointments with Orna are now available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Craniosacral Therapy Experience Day comes to Cork 22 March 🫶

As part of Craniosacral Awareness Month, CranioSacral Ireland is organising a Craniosacral Therapy Experience Day which will take place at The Natural Clinic in Cork on Saturday 22 March 2026, alongside simultaneous events in Galway, Laois, and Dublin.

The Cork event offers members of the public an opportunity to experience Craniosacral Therapy through short, one-to-one sessions delivered by fully qualified practitioners. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system and is commonly used to support stress, persistent tension, pain, and overall wellbeing.

Sessions are fully clothed and use light, non-invasive touch. The experience day is designed as a calm, accessible introduction for people who are curious about craniosacral therapy but unsure what to expect.

Spaces for the Cork event are limited and booking is required in advance.

January does not need to be extreme to be effective. Small, steady habits done consistently are what actually change health long term.

Here are 10 simple ones that make a real difference:

1. Eat something within 30–90 minutes of waking, even if it is small

2. Add protein to breakfast rather than trying to “eat less”

3. Drink a glass of water before coffee or tea

4. Get daylight into your eyes before screens when possible

5. Sit down to eat at least one meal per day without multitasking

6. Aim for one warm meal daily in winter

7. Go to bed 20 minutes earlier rather than aiming for perfection

8. Step outside every day, even briefly

9. Add before you subtract with food. More veg, more colour, more nourishment

10. Choose one habit and repeat it daily rather than doing everything at once

Health builds quietly. Consistency beats intensity every time.
