Good afternoon, I am just delighted I joined Unislim on line. Unislim online is live. I've just done a great morning workout, have downloaded the meal planner for the Week and have logged my weight. New werk fresh start for me. Hi Everyone I hope you are all keeping well in these difficult times. for any members in my Unislim Rathmore and Unislim Millstreet classes, who have no class at the moment, Unislim are launching an online support system through our Unislim app. It is €20 for 4 weeks but if you use my code USAK you will get it for €15 for 4 weeks. You can do a weekly weigh in, will get meal ideas for breakfast , lunch and dinner for 7 days. Get new trackers and weekly motivation talks and lots more.

Unislim Newmarket will be Friday morning in CYMS Hall from 7.30am to 10.00am with your new leader Becky Conlon.

Unislim Rathmore runs as normal tomorrow eve in Teach Iosagain from 6pm to 7pm. Unislim Newmarket Changes to Friday morning from now on in the CYMS Hall as usual and at the same time 7.30am to 10.00am with your new Fablous leader Becky Conlon who was one of this year's finalist in The Unislimmer of the Year. thanks so much to all my Newmarket members for all your support through the years. I look forward to seeing you all as I will still be in Newmarket from time to time. Abina
