Tonight will be an open session from 6-7.30pm because the HIIT class in the morn is not going ahead.

Tonight's session will include some running drills , circuit and HIIT

A nice mixture , you may arrive anytime as long as you give yourself at least 45 mins to complete your programme. This will be held in Aghabullogue Hall .

Spinning will be going ahead at 6.10pm tomorrow evening and I'm taking names for that now aswell ... first come first served😊

Our first run/ walk tomorrow morning ...we will meet in the church yard in Coachford @ the new time of 7am and not 6.40am as it's too dark still at that time.
