We all know mental health and well being is at the fore front of education and is something that has a lot of focus on within society. As an experienced educator in communications I understand and know the requirement to train and empower educators to provide them with the tools to improve children and adults well being. Through Mini Me Yoga programs we deliver this much needed training to embed life long skills to our children and adults.

I’m delighted to be stepping into the role of Vice President of the Network Ireland West Cork branch for 2026, supporting the wonderful Anna Groniecka in her presidency.

As a communications trainer, I strongly believe that connection and communication are at the heart of everything we do.

Mentoring people to shine and grow in confidence — professionally and personally — is one of the greatest joys of my work.

For me, networking is about building meaningful connections and supporting one another along the way whilst being your authentic self throughout.

If you’re like I was for many years, curious to join a networking group but never quite taking the leap — I would encourage you to just do it in 2026 especially for anyone at the start of their professional journey, we all need support from time to time.

A huge thank you to Anna Healy for the gentle nudge to join the committee a few years back, and for encouraging me to put myself forward as Vice President designate last year. I’m so grateful.

There are exciting things ahead for Network Ireland West Cork, and we look forward to welcoming you with a warm smile and support at any of the events in 2026!

“Growth is what happens when fear becomes the doorway to confidence.”

Watching our most recent The Brave Speaking Method, Public Speaking participants present their five programme goals last week reminded me just how far they’ve come in just over eight weeks.

To see them transform from feeling dread at the thought of their first speech to standing tall with confidence and courage has been an absolute joy.

Public speaking often begins with shaky hands and a racing heart.
Yet with each milestone they reached in the programme, they chose to step forward rather than shrink back — and in doing so, uncovered new strength within themselves.

Fear doesn’t vanish — it evolves. With every word spoken and every audience faced, they proved that courage isn’t something to wait for; it’s something we built through practice.

By the end of the programme, they could celebrate just how far they’ve come and that's where their confidence lies.

If they can do it, you can too!

Your brave moment is waiting and ready for you to step forward?

👉 Join the next The Brave Speaker Method in January 2026. Limited spaces available in each group.

What a beautiful sunset and moon tonight! The full moon known as the buck moon is tomorrow July 10th.

I always enjoy being in nature around the full moon and find it a peaceful time, as people begin to rest in late evening, I enjoy walking in the stillness and quiet. Time to reflect, create and reframe my thoughts.

Our Story

Mini Me Yoga is dedicated to bringing fun into the lives of children and teenagers by empowering grown-ups to share our 7 steps to Happy, Healthy Kids program. Our mission is to bring calm, connection, compassion and JOY into children and teenager’s lives.

Studies have found that kids yoga helps them learn how to release stress, retain more information, and increase confidence and happiness, among other benefits. Positive thinking techniques increase a child’s awareness of the power of their own thoughts and give them access to being the author of their own life.

As one of Ireland's leading Ambassadors, I have many years of experience of working with children in a range of roles & settings & bring all that experience & knowledge to my work.
