Many alternative health practitioners have come to their field of work through their life experiences, and I’m no different. For many years I suffered from Anxiety, which controlled my life, constantly living in fear and panic of what may happen. This restricted what I could do in my life to such an extent, I engaged with people as little as possible, only when I had too.
Over the years I have tried many different mainstream approaches without success. Taking medication just did not sit right with me. After 17 years of living with Anxiety and no solutions, I had to do something different, so I took off to India. This is when a whole new world of healing opened up to me. I dabbled in several different alternative healing modalities, and this is when the flame was lit within me. I spent 7 months travelling in India, experiencing different therapies, and bit by bit started to understand my anxiety and where it may have originated from. As I learned more and more, a passion started to grow and this just felt right for me.
A few years later I came across Kinesiology, and this is when my healing journey took off. After a few years of training, I qualified as a Kinesiologist in 2014. This was the foundation for my passion in helping people. Suffering from anxiety for more than half my life, I know and understand the pains people can go through in the challenges they face on a daily basis.
Over the years I have continued to train in different techniques in the field of Kinesiology, adding more tools to my toolbox for helping people.
At the end of 2015, I came across Neurofeedback brain training and after several sessions, the changes in my anxiety levels improved considerably. I found myself in situations where I would not have put myself before. My confidence levels grew significantly. I was so impressed with the positive changes in my life, I invested in the NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Brain training system for my clinic. NeurOptimal Neurofeedback is a brain training system that enhances the functioning of the Brain and Central Nervous system. As I have continued to train my brain with the Neurofeedback system over the years, my whole life has been changed.
In 2018 I heard about the NES Health Bioenergetics system. The more I learned about this system, the more impressed I was by what healing could be achieved for a person. Considered the future of energy medicine, NES Health Bioenergetics is based on 30 years of scientific research combined with the latest advances in technology. The benefits I have seen in my life from this system, have been considerable. I feel like I am stronger in my self, I have more energy, past emotional beliefs are no longer playing over and over in my mind. It has given me a strength to go outside my comfort zone, helping me to grow as a person.
