This day 11 years ago I took this photo walking over to my very first day of Pilates Teacher Training , it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life!
I had so many doubts ,will I be the oldest person in the room ,am I crazy going back to study again ,will I ever have the courage to teach a class?
I'm so glad I ignored the negative thoughts and went for it , I still remember pausing at the bridge to take this photo telling myself in the future you will look back at this photo and be proud of yourself for doing the scary thing!

So go for it ,what have you got to lose ?
