Carmel & Kathryn are again hosting a yoga wellness retreat in Nerja for the 3rd year in a row in the stunning .

Carmel will be introducing a prequel of YTU Myofascial release work to her class using the YTU therapy balls to her Yin classes to ease tightness and create harmony in the body and mind.

Kathryn will be introducing journalling techniques into her Vinyasa classes again this year , which was a huge success and immensely popular last year.

There is time for optional massage with , time to slow down, time for beach, shopping in Old Town and sea swimming (sunset swims too!).

Wonderful food is cooked fresh each day by again this year.

✨ Theme : Yin for 'creaky' joints ! Hearing 'pops & 'cracks' each time you move? - Joint Fixation!!

Our bones come together at the joints but we don’t always move all our joints in their range of motion everyday.

✨Starting with the Pavanmuktadasa series (joint releasing series) to improve proprioception, flexibility and reduce joint pain. Then moving into the long passive yin holds to move our skeleton through the main skeletal segments of movement.

So , glad I got to finally visit the Poulnabrone portal Dolmen in the Burren. 😍
This megalith stone monument dating from the Neolithic age ( 3000BC)
are one of the oldest and finest examples of these earliest burial sites in Ireland. Also the most photographed.
An icon of the Burren archaeology which when excavated found remnants of a burial site and pottery shards, beads, arrowhead etc

Well worth a visit when in the Burren as I am currently teaching a retreat in the Burren Yoga Center.

So much to do and see in this UNESCO global Geopark.
