Starting Saturday, 22 November, we’re launching our brand-new HYROX classes! 💪

Join us for a 4-week block — €60 for all 4 sessions, every Saturday morning from 7am to 8am with .ie

✨ A big warm welcome to our newest team member, Daniel!

Daniel’s only been with us a short time and his Sunday classes are already fully booked – talk about hitting the ground running! 🚀

His passion for fitness is clear to see, and we’re so excited for the energy he’s bringing to the gym. Daniel is also currently studying to become a Personal Trainer, so keep your eyes peeled for when he’ll be offering PT sessions in the near future 👏

Pay As You Go options are available for both!

🏋️‍♀️ Gym access allows you to use the state of the art cardio and free weights areas - and if there’s no classes on you can use the studio and equipment in there for stretching, core etc.
