▪️Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide at least 48 hours notice.

This will allow me time to offer the appointment to another client.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice,
a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not show up for your appointment,
a 100% fee will be charged.

KMC Therapies is based in Blackshields Therapy Clinic, Ballyvolane which is located just off the North Ring Road. Free parking is available onsite.

Appointments are available:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

Just a little reminder that due to the nature of my job I am unable to answer calls a lot of the time - if I'm in a treatment I can't answer my phone

You can leave a voicemail or send a text and I'll do my best to reply as soon as I can

It's just me, myself and I running the show so please bare with me if I don't reply straight away
