Childhood Vaccinations
Practice Nurse to provide general nursing duties and advice, including wound dressing, Cervical Smears, taking blood samples etc. Phlebotomy Service including transport of Blood samples to the Laboratory same day
Suturing and Minor Operative Surgical procedures
Cryotherapy Treatment
Cervical Smears including participating in the National Cervical Screening Programme
Contraceptive advice including Fitting Mirena Devices and Implanon Rods. Travel Vaccination administration including being a designated Yellow Fever Centre
Physiotherapy

Please allow for extra travel time for appointments on Friday 13th and Monday 16th June 09.30-16.00 due to planned survey works between Srelane and Ovens. Stop-go system will be in place. Consider diverting via Killumney/ Aherla and continue on back roads to Cloughduv.

Free HRT will be available from 1 June. If you do not have a medical card you will need a Drugs Payment Scheme (DPS) card to get free HRT. Talk to your GP if you want to start HRT.

All Outpatient, Non-urgent Clinics, and Appointments at CUH on Friday, 24th January, are cancelled. We strongly urge the public to heed the Red Weather Warning and avoid travel to appointments tomorrow. If an appointment must go ahead, CUH staff will contact patients directly.

Due to Storm Éowyn's arrival tonight, there will be changes to opening hours tomorrow Friday 24th January.

Ryecourt Clinic will aim to open at 11am tomorrow, assuming that Staff can safely travel to the Practice.
The RED warning is due to end at 10am but please be reminded that an ORANGE warning will be in place for many hours afterwards.

Please do not travel during the Red warning and only travel during the Orange warning times if safe to do so.

Roads and footpaths remain slippy this Wednesday morning.
Ryecourt Clinic is open but not all Staff are on site so appointments are affected. We apologise for the inconvenience.
The phone-lines are busy so please be patient if trying to get through.
Be careful if out walking or driving. Very few back roads have been gritted and remain icy.

Non-urgent HSE appointments at Bantry and Mallow hospitals are cancelled for Wednesday, January 8th due to an Orange Weather Warning. Patients in Cork city should only travel if it’s safe.
