Today is World Glaucoma Day 👁️🔍

Often referred to as the ‘silent thief of sight’, glaucoma is a condition that damages the optic nerve, usually due to increased pressure within the eye. Because it develops gradually and often without early symptoms, many people don’t realise their vision is at risk until the damage is advanced and irreversible.

We recommend a comprehensive eye exam at least every two years to ensure early detection of glaucoma and other underlying conditions. Regular screening is the only way to protect your sight and catch changes before they impact your life.
