I am Aisling Foley. I am a qualified Counsellor. For the past 8 years, I have worked across a variety of community and mental health services, working with young people and adults to help them to improve and change their lives. In 2016 I returned from Australia to Ireland, moving into the area of private counselling. In addition to private counselling, I also work in an addiction treatment centre. I strive to continuously develop my skills and practice, and I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy. Some areas I am particularly experienced with include:
