Each healing creates alchemy within the body which creates frequency shifts in body and consciousness allowing change to happen. Transference Healing� works with universal energy, electromagnetic frequency light and elements to create a healing response. Receiving a healing is a relaxing, nurturing experience. Absentee healings are just as effective as in person, and practical advice and tips are always shared afterwards to help you maintain wellness ongoing. Reflect on 2025: Renewal through Stillness ✨

As we move through the final months of 2025 and begin to feel the subtle shift toward a new cycle, it’s a beautiful time to pause and reflect on the energy that has shaped this year.

Alexis shared at the beginning of the year that “Your outer world will be a reflection of your inner world.”

Now, as you look back, how has this truth unfolded in your life?

2025 was a year of Renewal through Stillness - an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your Higher Self, and allow healing and rebirth to occur from within. Many of us have experienced transformation through reflection, solitude, and surrender. Even amidst challenges, the stillness has guided us to clarity and deeper strength.

Before the next channelling is released in the coming months, we invite you to revisit the 2025 Channelling with new awareness. Listen again through the lens of everything you’ve lived and integrated this year - you may find that its messages resonate even more deeply now. 🌙

Our story

I am a mother of three, and back in the day qualified as a General nurse. I then studied Childrens nursing and spent many years staffing in a Childrens hospital in Dublin .When we moved to Cork in 2003 I worked as a Childrens nurse in the community .Following same I worked with the Jack and Jill Foundation ,which I loved .

I have completed training in Reiki ,also Integrated Energy Therapy ,Crystal Healing Therapy Beginners and Advanced levels and an introduction to Sound Healing and began these trainings twenty years ago .Transference Healing I was introduced to about fifteen years ago when I began receiving Healings .I began my Trainings in same in 2011 and it incorporates all I love in Healing .It is an energy and frequency healing which works with colour ,sound ,crystals ,elements of nature combining earth and cosmic energies .It is a self healing tool which aims to empower you to work with your physical body ,consciousness and spiritual being .Receiving regular healings or learning to perform them yourself enables you to achieve and sustain health and wellness .It initiates and supports a shift from one state of being into another by creating alchemy in the physical body releasing old pain and bringing more light into the body. Transference Healing has transformed my thinking and my life. I now facilitate Transference Healing sessions and my passion in life is to be able to support parents and children and all those who would like to reawaken love ,power and wisdom within their own hearts .This Transference Healing modality works at a physical ,emotional ,mental and spiritual level and is suitable for anyone and everyone. It has taken me on a healing journey myself and brought me here to be my true authentic self.

The name Silver Circle connects with our beautiful moon and divine feminine energy ,the light within us all .
