We are running an open day this Saturday 14th June at 12pm in Deanrock Nutrition.

This is our way of touching base with our Community 💕 and letting you know what we do without any obligation.

It will take about 1 hour and you will also get a complimentary body scan (worth 50euros). which will give you your body fat, hydration levels, muscle mass, visceral fat (this was an eye opener for me 🙈) and I will even tell you your metabolic age, which is the age your body thinks it is 😜. We show you how we get some amazing results in our Nutrition club.

What a difference a year makes.
I used to be....
🫣 Total carbs queen
🫢 Depended on chocolate & sugar fixes to get me through the day
🫣 Ate mostly processed foods.
🫣 Never drank water
🫣 great intentions on a Monday to eat healthy, but failed by lunch time.

Rosy started just before Christmas & is doing absolutely fantastic.
She has had Xmas & a 2 week holiday during this. But she just presses reset when she returns. Life is for living.

Hi everyone

I’m Mathilda, I’m 46, and I’m a positive & enthusiastic person that loves people and genuinely wants to help.

I am married to a wonderful man called Mark, who is my biggest supporter & my best friend. We have 2 doggies Max & Darcie who we adore & are spoiled wrotten🤪.

I am a personal wellness coach in Cork, where I help the local communities from all over Cork, improve their nutrition, and get healthy.

I’ve come from a place of illness, physically & mentally. I have now become the best version of myself through the power of fantastic nutrition and learning how to fuel and heal my body and mind.

Now, I have the privilege of helping others do the same, and I’m so passionate about it. I honestly feel like it's what I am meant to do.

I have been overweight and unhealthy, partly due to an accident and partly due to stress and anxiety (emotional eater & addicted to sugar & carbs🫢).

Now, I am in the best shape of my life. I am physically, mentally and emotionally very well, and I want to help as many people as possible to feel as good as I do

I am kind, caring & I am a very empathetic person. I am super passionate about what I do. 😘

I love my work because it doesn’t feel like work.
I love my clients, and they become friends as I support them through their journey through every step.

It will take about 45mins and involves a scan that will give you your body fat, hydration levels, muscle mass, visceral fat (this was an eye opener for me 🙈) and I will even tell you your metabolic age, which is the age your body thinks it is 😜. I will also ask a few questions and give you some tips on your diet and you will get a tour of the Club 😉

The scan is best done on an empty tummy so we best done in mornings, either before work or after they drop kids to school or on a day off.
