Cork, Cacao Circle Douglas Yoga Rooms

with Hamaima Love Kelsey Aya Grá Medicine

My wife and I have worked with Hamaima for the past 2 years in healing retreats. We run Grá Medicine, a Cork based medicine group dedicated to alternative healing. Our gathering on the 14th is a cacao medicine circle. We share the Mayan medicne known as Cacao, an unrefined form of chocolate, rich in nutrients and healing energy. The cacao medicine has been used since ancient times to open the heart and to create guidance towards a heart-embodied way of living.
Hamaima uses this medicine in ceremony to help bring us to the heart centre, where we can set intention and access deeper insights into our lives. The journey within is inspired by songs and words of wisdom that she has collected through her dedicated time as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and in her time as a student of wisdom keepers of ancient traditions from the Amazon jungle, who she works closely with.

This is a beginner friendly class and all levels of experience and ages will be welcome ✌️

I will use my expertise as an Osteopath and Strength coach to provide a well balanced class.
