My focus is on helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. We all have time when we find it difficult to cope with the stresses and challenges of everyday life. Some of us are able to deal with these challenging times and some of us need a little help. Some turn to food to help them; this is the area I specialise in; Emotional Eating. I teach people who are struggling to take back control over food and their lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing a little help to cope; modern society bring so many extra pressures with it and we are not born with all the coping strategies we need; we need to learn them along the way...or ask for help from someone who can teach us. After working with me; people feel more in control, happier in themselves and in life, more confident, less anxious, less stressed, are no longer overwhelmed, and don't need food to help them feel better or to cope with their lives. In my 'past career life' before I took time out to be my mum's carer...I was helping women stop overeating — but my work was never really about the food.
It was about how women meet their emotional needs when they’ve spent years putting everyone else first.
Now I teach women in midlife how to master their mindset, reclaim control, and stop every form of reactive living — food, guilt, or self-doubt.

I have created a SKOOL community; a place.for women to learn, share, grow, be themselves, have a rant, have a laugh, learn my powerful Midlife Mastery Method..

You’re not broken — you’ve just been using the wrong kind of help. 💛

There are different levels of support out there.
Self-help tools can be wonderful when things feel light or manageable.
But when patterns run deeper — when old beliefs or emotions keep looping — you need something stronger.

That’s where coaching, CBT techniques, and strategic intervention come in.
They give you practical, proven strategies to help you move forward — not just positive thinking, but real change.

And for deeper emotional wounds or trauma, therapy or counselling might be the best fit.
There’s no shame in needing more. The key is finding what truly fits you.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated that you can’t “stick” to your goals — please know, it’s not because you’re weak, lazy, or unmotivated. 💗

It’s simply because you’ve been taught to focus on WHAT you want… not WHY you want it.

Tony Robbins teaches that real change doesn’t come from willpower — it comes from meaning.
When your goals connect to your heart, your energy rises. You stop “trying” and start becoming.

So instead of asking, “How do I stay motivated?” try asking:
✨ “What does this goal mean to me?”
✨ “Who am I becoming as I do this?”

When you find that deeper reason — your “why” — motivation becomes effortless.

Most women set goals like…
❌ “I need to lose weight.”
❌ “I should exercise more.”
❌ “I have to eat better.”

But these “shoulds” are driven by pressure, not passion.
They lack emotional connection.

The secret?
Attach deep meaning to your goal.

A supportive, empowering midlife mindset is the difference between an average one and an awesome one.
Why?
because your thoughts influence how you feel, how you feel influences what you do and what you do influences who you become.
If you repeat a thought often
enough..your brain starts to believe it. If you are repeatedly telling yourself you are old...how do you think that will make you feel? positive? optimistic? hopeful? excited?
I doubt it.
On the other hand if you tell yourself something like '| am just getting started"...how do you think you will feel? excited? Will you be more inclined to choose to DO things? make changes? start something new? look forward to the future?

Yes..this powerful shift in your thoughts can completely change the life you live. And it IS A CHOICE. Your thoughts are a choice. Your actions are a choice.

So CHOOSE now the midlife you
want..and the person you want to evolve into. because this time is of evolution.. your Second Spring..choose and OWN IT.

Our Story

I am a Life Change Strategist; what does this mean? Well it means I have spent a long time training and I am qualified in a number of fields. I am a Practitioner Coach. (NMC), Qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques, I hold a certificate in Strategic Intervention and I am a qualified Women's Stress Consultant!!!! What do I actually DO? My focus is on helping people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. We all have time when we find it difficult to cope with the stresses and challenges of everyday life. Some of us are able to deal with these challenging times and some of us need a little help. Some turn to food to help them; this is the area I specialise in; REACTIVE EATING. I teach people who are struggling to take back control over food and their lives. I personally struggled with my weight for years and I have a very destructive relationship with food...so much so it effected my health. I have a great understanding of the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being unhappy with your shape and the frustrations that come with it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing a little help to cope; modern society bring so many extra pressures with it and we are not born with all the coping strategies we need; we need to learn them along the way...or ask for help from someone who can teach us. After working with me; people feel more in control, happier in themselves and in life, more confident, less anxious, less stressed, are no longer overwhelmed, and don't need food to help them feel better or to cope with their lives. I have always known the most effective way to overcome the struggle with weight & food is to tackle it with strategies for eating well, moving well & thinking well. ALL of these areas need to be addressed so that your life can change.
