To me wellness is a whole process of physical activity, mental reflection, social engagement and emotional awareness. My goal is to enhance your health and fitness with training that you will find engaging and rewarding.Whether you are training to be stronger, faster, fitter or just for life I can help you to get on the right track. I believe your fitness is rooted in a solid foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility.All my workouts require you to use your core through functional training including suspension, kettle bells, free weights and body weight. I recognise that every person is unique and what works for one may not work for the next, but everybody can reach their health and fitness goals through hard, smart training with determination and dedication. I believe in consistent training programs with lots of variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on your mind to body connection. My approach to training is to bring components of education, functional training and enjoyment to every session. I teach excellent technique making your workout more efficient and productive for your body, I want you to take fitness off of your ' To do List ' and enjoy it as part of your daily life. I am particularly sensitive to those who are trying to lose weight as I too struggled to reach my fitness goals, especially after the birth of my 3 children, then comes the maintenance phase where I will teach you to overcome your dependance on the scales to become strong and confidant not only in body but mind too.I believe that support and education in how to train properly is a key component in reaching your goals. Your confidence will build as you gradually build fitness levels. Be prepared to push outside your comfort zone as I will set dynamic and challenging programs ensuring you get the results you deserve.
