Dedicated Psychologist, Shamanic Medicine Practitioner Holistic Massage Therapist, passionate about empowering individuals to awaken their true potential and purpose. I am Holistic Therapist, & Certified Masseur, Certified in Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, Certified in Aroma Touch Technique, Dance Instructor, facilitator of "Awakening Movement" Bio Dance, Aromatherapist. Certified Access Consciousness Bars Therapist, Dance Performer & Choreographer , NLP Practitioner ( Neuro - Linguistic Programming) and Shamanic Practitioner. I personally use the tools created by access consciousness, massage Techniques, Shamanic Tools, Sound Healing, NLP Tools combined with my Nutritional knowledge, Aromatherapy and my studies given by Food Science Degree. Many of us grew up believing that to be loved, we had to always say yes.
Yes to mom, yes to others, yes to things that didn’t feel right.

But adulthood invites us to a deeper freedom:
👉 Choosing what truly works for us.
👉 Saying no without fear of losing love.
👉 Holding the guilt of the “inner child,” while letting the adult decide.
