From next Monday, during our Yoga Flow Mixed Level class at 6:30pm with Brigid, we’re offering something different from the usual Black Friday hustle.
Instead of encouraging more spending, we want to celebrate what really matters: connection, presence, and shared experience.

With our Bring a Buddy Drop-In, you pay the regular €14 fee and you can bring a friend along at no additional cost.
Not as a discount — but as an invitation to share a moment of movement, breath, and calm together.

Whether your friend is new to yoga or simply curious, this is your chance to enjoy a mindful evening as a duo.

This class is for parents and caregivers who want to stretch, move, and breathe, without needing to be away from their little one.

Babies are welcome in all their glory: sleeping, feeding, crying, or hanging out koala-style on you.

No need to look perfect or be on top of things, just turn up in whatever version of yourself survived the morning.

A gentle, grounding practice to release tension, rebuild strength, and rediscover your breath amidst the magic and mayhem of life with a baby.

We’re honoured to host Eunice for a week dedicated to Ashtanga practice, beginning Saturday, October 11th.

There’s still space to join the Mysore mornings from October 13th to 16th, 6:00–9:30 AM.

The shala has its own pulse during Mysore.
Before sunrise, the air is thick with focus, the gentle sound of ujjāyī breath, the quiet rhythm of movement, the warmth that builds as the room comes alive.
No need for words, just the soft echo of breath and the steady unfolding of practice.

Each practitioner moves through their sequence, alone yet connected, carried by the shared energy of the room. The shala breathes with everyone inside it, a living space of attention, effort, and care.

In those hours, practice feels simple and real, a meeting point of discipline and presence.

Ashtanga might seem intense at first glance…a dynamic sequence, a physical rhythm…but it’s not about how “advanced” you are or how flexible you can be.
It’s about showing up.

In Ashtanga, we repeat the same sequence, day after day, and it’s precisely in this repetition that the practice reveals its depth.
Not because it gets easier, but because you start to pay attention differently.
The posture is the same, but you are not the same each time you meet it.

With consistency, the mat becomes more than just a space to move, It becomes a mirror.
A quiet ground where you begin to witness, without judgment, the way your body speaks, the way your breath responds, the way you meet effort, hesitation, and change.

Strength doesn’t rush in all at once.
It gathers slowly, not through force, but through the gentle, steady act of returning
with presence, with patience, again and again.

Let the repetition be your teacher.
