There are practices that move the body,
and others that quietly reorganise how we stand, relate, and belong.

Informed by Katonah Yoga®, this workshop explores alignment as a language, one that creates space for ease, steadiness, and intelligent effort. Movement becomes supportive. Practice becomes something you return to.

Valerie is a highly experienced teacher, and what we value most in her work is how clarity of structure creates possibility. Through form, orientation, and skilful use of space, the practice becomes both precise and imaginative, aligning the body while inviting new ways of thinking, sensing, and relating.

Each individual’s practice unfolds within the resonance of the group, shaping a subtle, shared rhythm.

Not a class to consume, but a shared practice.

Come for your own work.
Stay for the collective intelligence it creates.

Have your children give yoga a try today in the first session of our next 8 week course.

This creative Yoga course is popular with children ages 4 to 11 that enjoy a creative approach to breathing, postures and relaxation. Inspired by Montessori teaching Maria (Starling Dance Theatre) sparks interest with objects, images, stories often drawing inspiration from the world we live in and allows for creative choices in partner and group work.
It's a fun class, where we practice our social skills as much as coordination, strength and flexibility and mindfulness.

Today you can pop in to the studio and try the first session (8€) of our 8 week course.

For queries please: WhatsApp Maria 0868776230
in advance.

They ask us to define ourselves.
Calm or intense?
Soft or strong?
Still or loud?

But definitions were never meant to contain us.

In this practice, we don’t choose a side, we flirt with opposites.
We move slowly, then we stay.
We build the fire, then we soften.

Because we are not one thing.
We are rhythm and pause.
We are breath and fire.
We are presence, in constant change.

This is Yin & Yang Yoga,
a slow flow that unfolds into stillness,
a space where you’re allowed to be everything you are.

See you on the mat.

Tomorrow’s Yoga Flow Improvers class is an invitation to explore, not to perform.
In chin stand, there’s no single destination , some may lightly test the forehead on the mat in place of the chin, while others will explore bending the arms in Downward-Facing Dog, awakening strength and awareness step by step.
This practice has many layers, and each one is alive, intentional, and enough. We listen closely, and let the practice unfold in its own quiet rhythm

The mince pies are out, the lights are twinkling everywhere, the streets are alive with their usual buzz, and time does that strange thing over the holidays: it races ahead like it’s got somewhere urgent to be, and yet somehow asks you to slow down and take notice.

Some throw themselves into it with full sparkle and cheer. Some smile quietly from the sidelines, taking it all in. Some wear a Grinch-like grin, others flit about like a curious little elf. Because, let’s face it, everyone experiences the holidays differently and that’s perfectly fine.

At Collective Cork, there’s space for all of it. Space to move, to breathe, to pause or simply lie back and let the world spin around you for a while.

Yoga, aerial, breathwork, deep rest.

Take a breath. Stretch an arm. Share a smile. The rest will sort itself out.

It’s grand altogether, ah sure.

Grand Rising Vol. 4 — Wha a night! ✨

First of all, a huge thank you to .n.n_s.p.a.c.e & for putting this beautiful night together, and to everyone who came out and shared the energy with us.

But most of all, we want to celebrate the dancers…
for the fourth time in a row, you showed up with spirit, power, and stories woven into every move.

You are the heartbeat of Grand Rising.
You expanded the room with your imagination.
You lifted the energy, the community, and the night itself.

Your talent is a blessing to this city.
Your presence is a reminder of what community can look like when art leads the way.

We see you.
We appreciate you.
And we can’t wait for the next rise 🌅

Help Amazing Amelia Find Her Feet

Donation-based Laughter Yoga session
Saturday, 22 November, from 3–4 pm
Link in bio to book

Everyone knows how gifted and uplifting Leanne is as our Flamenco teacher. What many may not realise is the strength, love, and resilience she shows every day as a mother. Her little girl, Amelia, is a bright and determined three-year-old facing challenges no child should ever have to face. She was born with complex health conditions that affect her movement, hearing, vision, and daily life, yet her courage and spirit inspire everyone who meets her.

As a studio, we want to surround Amelia and her parents with care, support, and community. For us, this is not just a fundraiser...this is family.

To help Amelia continue her journey toward greater independence, we are hosting a donation-based Laughter Yoga session, and all funds raised will help finance her upcoming intensive therapy at an incredible and renowned specialist physical therapy clinic in North Carolina called All Kids Are Perfect, which Amelia will attend this December.

Let’s come together with love, kindness, and laughter to help Amazing Amelia find her feet. ❤️

Bring a Buddy Drop-In — Share the Gift of Time

From next Monday, during our Yoga Flow Mixed Level class at 6:30pm with Brigid, we’re offering something different from the usual Black Friday hustle.
Instead of encouraging more spending, we want to celebrate what really matters: connection, presence, and shared experience.

With our Bring a Buddy Drop-In, you pay the regular €14 fee and you can bring a friend along at no additional cost.
Not as a discount — but as an invitation to share a moment of movement, breath, and calm together.

Whether your friend is new to yoga or simply curious, this is your chance to enjoy a mindful evening as a duo.
The real gift is the time spent side by side.

What you’re gifting:
• A shared experience
• A break from the rush
• A moment of connection
• A breath of calm, together

Spaces are limited.
Join us, and bring someone who deserves a little peace on Mondays

Freedom in Movement

We are yogis and dancers, what we do is our passion, and the best we have to share with this world. Our primary objective is to impart what we have learned and help the wider community to move, breathe and be well. We have come together because we share this ethos and this community focus. We are friendly and accessible avoiding elitism in favor of true inclusivity.
