My own transformation 🫠

My heaviest vs lightest ⚖️

Right now I’m sitting at 90kg, kinda in the middle of both, which for me is fine, for now 😈

Just an insight into my journey as I have gained quite a lot of new followers lately, who might not know my story 😮‍💨

So yeah, don’t worry I know how it feels to be low in yourself, your confidence, your social anxiety etc.. I have been through all those emotions & still struggle at times currently!

But once you take action, and change… the weeks & months of hard dieting are truly worth their weight in gold for the outcome of how you feel, carry yourself, confidence, your health.

Everything.

Just start.
