A few snippets from my live event today, big thank you to all who attended (some late cancellations, but I’ll let it slide 🍻🤕)

We discussed a lot today from;

-How to help someone harder as a coach
-Calories & macros broken down & explained
-Different types of diets & which might suit you better
-2 clients spoke on their journeys with me & how it has changed them for the better
-We covered supplements (multivitamins, omega3, vitamin d, whey, creatine, electrolytes & magnesium)

And much more!

I will go through all video footage tomorrow and start posting full reels with info to help more people 🌍

My message today was and is simple, I want to help as many people as I can, without them wasting time & money ❤️

Same weight? Scary isn’t it 🎃

Prime example that scales weight can not and should not be the only metric of true progression.

Person A could be 60kg but fit & healthy, and Person B could also be 60kg but not fit & healthy.

Once you’re fit, healthy, looking after yourself daily food & training/movement wise then you’re winning.

There are more unfit people who don’t eat well and look after themselves out there than people who do, so give yourself some credit for taking care of yourself ❤️💪

“Age is just a number” comes to mind here, but it shouldn’t come as a shock, people of all ages should be looking after their health, and more so as we grow older!

Being able to grow old, train, eat well, go outdoors for fresh air, walk stairs etc.. it’s all a privilege & act of self respect.

Taken away from so many people who would love to be in your position, so make the most of this gift called life and look after yourself 🧠
