The NutriSho www.thenutrisho.com The NutriSho is a nutrition consultancy which accommodates fitness fanatics, sports individuals and those who are interested in weight loss.

The aim is to emphasis the importance of nutrition in optimizing sports performance, weight management and overall health and wellbeing. Eradicating misconceptions surrounding supplementation, fad diets and all misleading nutrition information populating social media sites, is paramount to my role. The NutriSho is both an online and a one-one coaching service, allowing clients to have a personal experience with their coach. All plans are tailor made to meet the needs of all our clients to ensure they meet their goals. The NutriSho uses an evidence based approach with all of our clients using methods that are scientifically proven to ensure the best possible results.
