This Sunday morning yoga class is cancelled but back to normal Monday with Core and Hip Openers at 8.

Core class this evening at 7.45 and as it's Paddys Day tomorrow no class. So day of rest tomorrow and back to normal wed with level 3/4 class at 8. 💚💚💚💚

Hey all , really excited about teaching tomorrow morning in the Quay Co- Op . We'll be working mainly on our spine tomorrow , waving our spines from forward bends to back bends and a few twists in the middle. Can't wait !! X###

It's a bit foggy out there everyone. Great class this morning , splits on our mats , splits up the walls. Great to open our hips. I found a beautiful woman's chain on the ground before class , I left it on the shelf . Enjoy the rest of your Sunday. X###

What a cold but beautiful morning. Looking forward to teaching my new level 3 class this evening in the Quay Co-Op Meeting rooms. Also teaching this Sunday morning at 10 in the Quay Co-Op . Can't wait. X###x
