Wondering what the downtime is really like after a Polynucleotide treatment? ✨

Here’s what you can expect:
• Mild redness or swelling for a few hours to a couple of days
• Tiny bumps at the injection sites that usually settle within 24–48 hours
• Occasional light bruising that fades in a few days
• Most clients return to daily activities straight away

To minimise bruising:
✔️ Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before and after
✔️ Avoid medications like Ibuprofen if possible
