I'm teaching an amazing Kinesiology course this January, called Touch For Health (TFH).
Touch For Health allows you to practice kinesiology (what I do!) on your kids (and friends). It works amazingly well for all kinds of stress. Kids love it and it is an incredibly effective and rewarding way to help them get past life's challenges.
Touch For Health is an internationally accredited Kinesiology training program, taught over 4 weekends.

You learn how to apply techniques from Kinesiology and from Traditional Chinese Medicine to balance stress, whether it's physical, emotional, mental or nutritional.

You can use Touch For Health
to balance emotional stress
to help with nervousness
to help settle anxiety and associated tummy pain
to relieve physical pain / injuries
to test if foods suit your child's needs or not

to maintaining optimal health

It is a phenomenal wellbeing toolkit that is easy to learn and can be used every day on yourself and friends and family to help prevent sickness by maintaining natural good health. It comes with an incredibly useful course manual which guides you through the work as you practice. I still refer to this manual all the time.
