Completed a Shoulder Rehabilitation Masterclass yesterday with IMST in Limerick. It was a fantastic course looking at shoulder rehab exercises and programs. I would like to thank Tutor Keith Hadnett and all at IMST.

Kinesio Taping (KT Taping) is becoming more and more popular as more people start to discover it’s amazing powers. Not only can it reduce pain and swelling but it can increase healing and also help to correct posture. It was created with sports people in mind but has proven to have many benefits for the general public too.
I tend to use it as part of my overall treatment which includes Soft Tissue Manipulation, Dry Needling and a Rehab Exercise Program.

Brilliant day of learning at the Aviva Stadium a couple of weeks ago completing the IRFU Safe Rugby Level 2 Course. Special thanks to Prof. John Ryan and Shane Mooney for running the course and to all the other tutors on the day.
Unfortunately I think this is as close as I'm ever likely to get to running out the tunnel !!!!

Delighted to announce that I have joined Alan and the team at Bare Foot Physio in Melbourne Business Park, Model Farm Road, Cork. We are a Multidisciplinary Movement Clinic and I will be working as a Manual & Sports Therapist. Looking forward to seeing all my existing clients and hopefully lots of new ones in my new home.
