Cork Local Drug and Alcohol Task Force Working towards a community where, support, treatment and education is accessible to all those affected by substance misuse.

The CLDATF funds twenty-one drug and alcohol projects across Cork City. The projects we fund have developed over the years to meet emerging needs and the increasing prevalence of various substances within communities. Services including information and awareness raising, assessment, care planning, case management, brief interventions, holistic therapies, advocacy, onward referral, community-based counselling & pre and post treatment support are available from CLDATF funded projects.

Applications are invited for a Medical Social Worker Staff Grade based in Edel House (emergency shelter for women & children) a service of Good Shepherd Cork (GSC). GSC provides a range of services for women, children and families who are homeless and vulnerable to homelessness.
