✨ As therapists, we spend so much of our time caring for others — listening, holding space, and helping people move through their challenges. But it’s easy to forget that our own body and mind also need consistent care. 💆♂️💆♀️
When we neglect rest and recovery, we can carry hidden tension in our shoulders, back, and even our breath. Looking after the body isn’t a luxury — it’s part of the work. Movement, stretching, balanced nutrition, good sleep, and bodywork are all ways we can maintain our own well-being so that we can continue to show up fully for our clients. 🌱
