This year wasn’t always easy.
It was a year of hard work, learning curves, long days, big decisions, growing pains, and trusting the process even when it felt uncertain.
But it was also a year of breakthroughs, joy, community, new connections, and seeing real healing happen in the space we created.

✨ As therapists, we spend so much of our time caring for others — listening, holding space, and helping people move through their challenges. But it’s easy to forget that our own body and mind also need consistent care. 💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

When we neglect rest and recovery, we can carry hidden tension in our shoulders, back, and even our breath. Looking after the body isn’t a luxury — it’s part of the work. Movement, stretching, balanced nutrition, good sleep, and bodywork are all ways we can maintain our own well-being so that we can continue to show up fully for our clients. 🌱

We’re thrilled to announce that Jean Anne, a student of Systematic Kinesiology, will now be offering treatments here at Satori Clinic, Macroom, starting this week!

✨ Jean Anne brings a passion for helping others reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

🌱 Systematic Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses muscle testing to identify and correct imbalances in the body. It addresses the whole person – physical, emotional, chemical, and energetic – to get to the root cause of issues such as pain, stress, fatigue, or emotional challenges.
