Recently Cork Stairlifts fitted a straight stairlift for Anne in Rosscarbery. After every job, we ask for feedback on the level of customer service received. This is Anne's written testimonial.

I saw a stairlift in a friend’s house & thought that would be ideal for me as I hate the stairs. My friend said to ask www.corkstairlifts.ie as they’re fantastic. I browsed their site & saw just what I wanted. That was Thursday night.

The following morning there was an email answering all my questions & quoting a very lucrative price. They explained that I could claim back the VAT which was a great incentive and one of the team would arrange a visit to measure up. John rang Tuesday & true to his word he arrived as promised & was so nice & friendly.

My eyes popped when he said he’d get it done that Friday. Imagine my delight when the Cork Stairlifts van pulled up Friday morning. The fitter got to work right away. A friendly happy man at his work. He never stopped working & was one fantastic, happy worker who certainly knew his trade. He explained all about the stairlift & gave us any do’s & don’ts & went through every aspect of the workings, care etc. He left our place spotlessly clean.

It was the best money we ever spent. Cork Stairlifts are the people to deal with as they have the know how & do a fantastic job & quick installations. I’ve christened it “My Bessie” as I feel FREE once again. Thanks again for the great service, ye’re a pleasure to deal with.
