Awaken in the wild is a retreat with you in mind, it's a weekend immersion awakening Ayurvedic wisdom to rejuvenate and restore balance within.

Over three days we will seamlessly weave the ancient tradition of Ayurveda into the daily schedule.

We will rise at dawn with the sun to meditate together, do some gentle movement to wake up your body and simple pranayama breathing to activate your energy. ​
