Mini Me Yoga Cork City & County Mini Me Yoga empowers parents, teachers and childcare providers to bring 15 min of yoga, meditation No experience of Yoga is necessary.

In this two hour Mini Me Yoga workshop, parents, grandparents, childcare providers and teachers learn simple techniques for introducing 15 minutes a day of yoga and positive thinking to preschool and national school aged children using games and exercise designed to make it fun and engaging. It's action packed and full of information. Everyone leaves with what they need to get started right away: a set of 14 Magick Yoga Cards plus the information to implement the fifteen minute program into your daily routine whether it be in the home, classroom, community groups, play dates etc.

Hi everyone, welcome to a new year and positive thoughts and ideas. I intend running my first mini me workshop of 2016 in the coming weeks, time and venue to be confirmed.

I am thrilled to inform you all that mini me yoga was mentioned as part of the curriculum of daily activities in an irish pre school by Tusla under the early years inspectorate whom it is regulated by under Regulation 5, under the section of Health & Welfare and Development
