Morning sickness? Acupuncture has been shown to dramatically improve nausea. It is of course a normal sign of pregnancy to experience within the first trimester and usually tails off after 15 weeks, however if you have severe morning sickness or it is prolonged it can be very unpleasant, but you can do something about it and have a course of acupuncture sessions. Acupuncture is safe, gentle and effective. The Healing Rooms provides fertility acupuncture appointments as well as pregnancy support and labour prep. Get in touch for more info.
